This is my spine I had a surgery 15 years ago and it was ok until now.  It started to hurt like hell. My fault, I haven't excercised at all and my back muscles are almost non-existant. 
Next week I'm starting a 3 weeks of rehabilitation And the hospital isn't far away, so I'm going to drive there every day and I'll have free afternoons. That means time for ME: Andromeda or making art. Or hopefully both
